Pratts has very modern and well-equipped motor service centre, efficiently run by  Trained Specialists technicians. Dealer principal Clive Pratt has over 30 years experience as a techinician and motor Mechanic and leads by example making sure all customers get a first rate service from Pratts.

Your new Citroen comes with an all embracing two year unlimited mileage mechanical warranty, this warranty covers both parts and labour charges incurred in rectifying any problem that is attributable to Citroen. Your new Citroen also comes with a 3 year unlimited mileage paint warranty* and 12 year unlimited mileage anti corrosion warranty*.

These warranties are Citroens way of standing behind the excellence and quality of the Citroen range. They are also there to give you the Customer, peace of mind motoring and complete satisfaction with your new Citroen.

Some of the key benefits offered by the Citroen New Vehicle warranty are as follows:

2 Years unlimited mileage mechanical warranty from the date of delivery

3 Year unlimited mileage paintwork warranty from the date of delivery* *(2 Years on Commercial Models)

12 Year unlimited mileage anti-corrosion warranty from the date of delivery* *(6 Years on Commercial Models)

Citroens New Vehicle Warranty is also transferable between owners - so it actually helps protect the value of your car if you decide to sell it.
